Sometimes we need the reminder that whatever “hard” thing we face, we don’t face it alone.
God is with us and will be with us. In fact, He goes before us. Take a moment to picture that and think about what it really means. It means there is no step we can take without Him there. There is no room we will enter, or conversation we will have, where He is not.
He’s not caught off guard by our circumstances. He’s not overwhelmed by our situation or unable to intercede. He is present, and He’s at work in your life and mine because that’s what God does. He redeems. He restores. He helps. He saves. And until He calls us home to be with Him forever, we can rest in the assurance that He is with us. We can be comforted by the knowledge that we are His.
